I’ve been looking through my catalog and one page keeps coming up and catching my eye.

I don’t fancy myself as being a gourmet coffee person . . . but coffee with a delicious fruity flavor — maybe raspberry — would be an interesting taste sensation for the tongue, the nose and the eye.

I always find it interesting how people go to those fancy coffee houses and get a specialty coffee drink . . . come out with this tall cup with a dome on top . . . with whipped cream and a drizzle of some syrup . . . and drink it with a straw!!! Do you believe it?

And . . . it looks absolutely yummy!!!

Now, I would be one who would mix it all up. But have you noticed the self control some people have and just delicately sip it through their straw, keeping it nice and pretty.

I think that’s great for a card or a scrap book page . . . Honestly, I’d have to take a picture of it quickly and then open the dome, stick my tongue into the whipped cream and the syrup . . . savor it for a moment . . . perhaps sip from my straw every so daintily . . . and then madly mix it up to get the full flavor sensation . . .

Seriously, you can make a lovely card . . . or perhaps a small box where you can put one of those fancy pants coffee shop gift cards . . .

Oh yes, you can do it!!

This is a set you will be using more than you think. Just look around at the number of people who are carrying these fancy coffee cups. They believe coffee is their life force. You may agree . . . or not, but you have to admit that this is a fun set you will definitely use.

I’m thinking about greetings cards with a small pocket for a gift card or perhaps a small pillow box adorned with a fancy drink on the front with that gift card inside. These would be delightful stocking stuffers and also to give to friends who may stop by during the holidays. I do like being prepared.

These would be quite handy as gift tags with various specialty coffee recipes on the back. Or you can include them in a little mini album or they can stand alone — just put them in a recipe box you can make yourself.
